Ensure that within 7 business days of receipt of the returned Product(s) and its invoice in accordance with the Terms of Sale, MARK CROSS will refund the original payment for the returned Product(s) to the User's payment account in the same manner as the original payment was made. Under no circumstances will MARK CROSS issue any credit slips and vouchers to the User in connection with the return of products on the Site.
