Return Policy
Specific policy on returns and exchanges
Within 7 calendar days from the day following the date of delivery (date of signature), you may return the Products ordered on the Website to the return address provided by MARK CROSS.
*Please note: Products returned and/or exchanged must be new and unused, and any products returned should be in their original condition and in their original packaging with all labels and/or tags intact and/or properly sealed. You should also return the original receipt and invoice.
1)How to Return:
You can call Customer Service or contact Customer Service and follow the instructions given by Customer Service.
Customer Service personnel will, with your assistance, inspect the cosmetic condition of the Product(s) to be returned. If the cosmetic condition of the Products to be returned is in accordance with the relevant Product return terms, you may put the Products, including their accessories or spare parts, the original packaging, the original documents, the invoices and all the free gifts (if any), into the original packaging. Upon completion of the above, you may return the returned Product(s) and packaging at the agreed time (within 7 calendar days of delivery) to a third-party carrier designated by the Customer Service Officer and on a cash-on-delivery basis.
2)How to exchange goods:
Please note that exchanges can only be made by selecting a code exchange of equal value. You can call the customer service number or contact the customer service staff to communicate the return and exchange and follow the instructions of the customer service staff.

Items returned to the warehouse that are identified as eligible for return or exchange will be sent out for exchange, with the entire shipping process taking 2 to 6 business days.
3)How to get a refund:
Ensure that within 7 working days of receipt of the returned Product(s) and its invoice in accordance with the Terms of Sale, MARK CROSS CHINA will refund the purchase price of the returned Product(s) to the User's payment account in the same manner as the original method of payment. Under no circumstances will GIADA issue any credit slips and vouchers to the User in connection with the return of products on the Website.
