Distribution
1) Place of Distribution
Delivery of products you order through this website is limited to areas within the People's Republic of China excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Some remote areas may not be available for delivery due to the service scope of third party delivery service providers.
2)Delivery Time
All orders are shipped by a third party service provider. The default shipping method takes 2 to 6 business days for the entire shipping process under normal circumstances. If you choose a non-default shipping method (if any), the shipping time and method will depend on the services provided by the third-party service provider, details of which can be obtained from our customer service staff. If your order cannot be shipped immediately, our customer service staff will also contact you as soon as possible with more detailed information and an estimated shipment date. In the event of 1) a failed delivery; or 2) a delay in delivery of more than 8 business days. To ensure that your claim is accepted, please be sure to contact customer service within 10 business days of receiving the notification text message that your order has been shipped.
3) Distribution Costs
Costs incurred by the default shipping method on this website will be borne by MARK CROSS.
4)How to track my order
Once your order is shipped, this site will send you a shipping notification via SMS. This notification will contain carrier information and courier tracking information, making it easy for you to check the status of your delivery. Alternatively, you can find this information on the "All Orders" page by logging into your "Account". If the order status is "Shipped", you can view the tracking information for your order.
5)Order Signing
When the courier arrives, the recipient of the order is required to personally confirm the status of the goods and sign for them.
If you find that the goods have been damaged or the packaging is damaged or opened, please refuse to sign for the goods and write down the reason for refusal on the courier receipt.
